Beautiful, clean, tip top site with helpful, welcoming and friendly proprietors (and horses). Location great for New Forest and Coast. We came here with friends having had to move from an awful site across the Forest. We couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay. (We even stayed on after my friends and their children had returned home!) The facilities are very clean, two showers in each of the two cubicles, good washing up area - good for campers in tents and a washing machine available for no extra charge. Farm feel to the place with horses stabled on site, yet immaculate. Lots of space for the children to play on the field and flat enough for the children to ride their bikes around the tent. Marked forest cycle routes nearby and coast a 10 minute drive away. Overall a lovely 5* stay, a very happy camper!

Totally impressed with this site. Definitely one of the cleanest sites we've ever stayed on. Immaculate facilities, including washing up area and washing machine. Hosts couldn't have been more welcoming, rearranging things to fit us in after we'd been let down elsewhere. They made useful local recommendations and even allowed me to print our e-tickets for Beaulieu (8mins down the road and well worth a visit). They were around and helpful, without ever being intrusive. Kids enjoyed playing on the big flat field, looking at the horses, hearing owls, stargazing and spotting shooting stars. We did beaches, Beaulieu, cycling through the forest, paddling in streams. Lots of supermarkets etc close by, but lovely quiet site surrounded by fields. Thank you Tanglewood for rescuing our holiday. Best CS nomination on its way!
